EVERSEAL Cork Tape is designed to insulate all kinds of cold pipes including residential and automotive air-conditioners, freezers and refrigerators. It helps to prevent condensation problems and energy loss in cold and hot piping. Everseal can be applied as effective sound dampening and gasket materials. Everseal insulation tape sticks to all kinds of dry metals. It seals tightly without drying. It is flexible and does not shrink nor melt within the service temperature of -20 °F (-29 °C) to + 200 °F (+ 93 °C ).

AEROSEAL is a Modified Neoprene Contact Adhesive specially formulated for bonding Aeroflex Insulating Materials firmly together. Also, ideal for use with other materials like Metal (painted/ unpainted ), Cork Board. Polyurethane Foam Rigid PVC’ Sheet, Formica, and Melamine Board and Rubber Sheet. The high water vapor resistance and good weathering properties of AEROSEAL can prevent water or moisture from penetrating through the joining points. AEROSEAL is able to form a strong, firm and permanent bonding between the applied materials providing long lasting service.
AEROBOND
POLYCHLOROPRENE CONTACT ADHESIVE FOAM AND FIBERGLASS INSULATION ONTO METAL SHEET
AEROBOND is a modified Polychloroprene Contact Adhesive specially formulated for attaching elastomeric foam insulation (such as Aeroflex & Aerocel) and fiberglass insulation onto metal sheets used in air ducting system. The strong bonding strength of Aerobond can easily hold up 4 kgs./m2 of insulation materials onto metal sheets at temperature of up to 93°C.

PURE ACRYLIC EMULSION PAINT FOR AEROFLEX INSULATION
AEROCOAT is a water based paint formulated with selected pure acrylic emulsion mixed with other special chemicals. Excellent for coating especially onto Aeroflex Insulation surfaces giving greater protection against ultraviolet rays or other adverse weathering conditions. Having elongation properties of more than 400% and with good adhesion promotor, AEROCOAT can stay very firmly and permanently to the coated surface without any problems of peeling . Its superb flexibility ensures no cracking even if the coated insulation surface is squeezed or compressed. With additional characteristics including fungus resistance, AEROCOAT is an ideal quality protective paint which can perform very efficiently both as decorative and protective insulation coating. Whether coated indoor or outdoor, AEROCOAT will be able to provide a smoothing aesthetic appearance while acting as a durable protective shield which can last for more than 10 years. Available .in shades’ of ‘white, blue green and black. AEROCOAT can be painted onto pipe Insulation surfaces giving easy Identification of the different Pipe functions.

SELF ADHESIVE FOAM GASKET TAPE FOR AIR-DUCT FLANGE CONNECTION
ESCOTAPE is an elastomeric closed cell self-adhesive gasket foam tape for cooling and heating air duct joint connections to prevent air leakage, reduce vibration and noise, serves as thermal insulation to prevent condensation and heat transfer. Escotape is laminated with acrylic pressure sensitive adhesive and can be easily installed on surface of connection joints.

is a special product for insulation surface protection. The outer surface is made of aluminium foil covered with 4 layers of Protape, making it excellent for UV resistance. The appearance is neat and smooth with excellent durability. It’s easy to install with time and costs saving. The soft jacketing comes with adhesive backing and can be pressed firmly on the insulation surface. It can also be fabricated into irregular shapes to meet various demands.
